Video Doorbell 2 Quit Working

My Ring Video Doorbell 2 has stopped working. It doesn't matter how long I charge the battery, it will not work. I have 2 separate batteries, and neither of them will make it turn on. It stopped working in July of 2020, and I think I've done pretty much everything, except buy a whole new doorbell. I haven't even had this one a year. What do I need to do to make it work again?
