Sustainability - Request New Button - Sent New Doorbell

Ring/Amazon Sustainability Team & Senior Execs Why when I just want a replacement button for my Ring Doorbell Elite do I get sent a complete replacement of the whole product? This is absolutely ludicrous!! It’s bad enough that first time round I received a load of packaging, US power plug, four different coloured doorbell casings. All totally unnecessary. How much money would you save as a business if you only posted the colour case you wanted. Plus 3 replacement buttons in the knowledge they’re the only real aspect of the product that gets wear and tear. I look forward to hearing the response from the community and also Ring!!!
