Stuck updating won’t connect - new device - 1 ring doorbell works fine & 1 will not connect no matter what I try

Stuck updating won’t connect - new device - 1 ring doorbell works fine & 1 will not connect no matter what I try. Tried unplugging everything multiple times. Tried holding orange reset several times. The ring keeps getting stuck “updating” won’t connect to wifi ? Yet the other ring doorbell connects fine. I forgot the other doorbell in case it was interfering. Didn’t help. Help ! What’s left to try ? Send it back ? Thanks
