Second dead transformer

Hi there! So I recently became the proud owner of a Ring Doorbell Pro 2 and I got to enjoy it for a solid 14 hours, till the first transformer died. I contacted Ring and they shipped me a second transformer, which unfortunately didn’t even work at all. I got an electric background so I know what I’m doing electricity wise. I’m from the Netherlands and our electric network by default supplies 220 volts, which should be fine for the 240v maximum of the transformer. I am 100% sure I’ve connected all wires correctly and that the problem is with the transformer because I measured it. There’s power going into the transformer for sure, but there’s 0 power coming out of it. No voltage whats-o-ever. I’m using only the ring doorbell pro 2, no chime of any kind and the transformer goes directly into my fusebox. Wired from the transformer than go directly to the doorbell. Am I just having bad luck with the transformer or is this a known issue? Anything I can try?
