Ring Pro Not Notify One of Two Android Phones in the Residence
Greetings to all, Our Ring Pro is connected via a transformer and is linked to a chime. One Android Phone a Samsung J5 gets notifications when motions is detected or the bell is pushed. The other Android Phone a Samsung A3 can access live view, recorded footage etc. but does not receive any notifications. All advice on Rings website has been followed to no avail.... Can anyone offer a solution please?
