Ring doorbell plus not always giving alerts on both phones.
I have ring app installed on two different phones (both android) but using same account on both (not sharing) It happens few times now that someone was calling to the front doors but I was getting notifications only on one of the phones. Is having app installed on two different devices with same username can somehow interfere with software causing it to randomly not giving notifications to one of the devices?

Hi both phones have exactly same settings. One time my and wife that have second device we was standing next to each other and she received notification that someone is calling to front doors but I had no notification. Other time was opposite that I have received notification and on her phone was nothing.

Hi @user_b849af. Being logged into the same Ring account on multiple devices would not impact notifications. Check that Motion and Ring Alerts are toggled on for both apps, as these are controlled independently per mobile device. Also, verify that the Ring app has permission to send notifications on each phone, and confirm that you have not activated Motion Snooze on either one. Keep in mind that Do Not Disturb or any type of focus mode will suppress notifications.
