Question

I have ab=n old model Ring Doorbell and it is frequently losing connection. I have recharged the batter but when I push the organe button the ring does not falsh white and I cannot connect even when I am next to the router

Hi @user61110. Fully charge your Ring Doorbell using the provided charging cable, then attempt to reset it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.
