Missing mode buttons

On ring app the Arm Home & Disarm buttons have recently disappeared. I have a basic protect annual plan that renewed Oct 4 2024, but when I go to Setting the Mode option is grayed & the text Enable Modes simply sends me to a Help screen that indicates I don’t have a plan. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app but no change. Please help! I cannot arm or disarm my doorbell or camera!!

Hi @user_f5fb9b. Some changes were recently made to our plans, and the Modes feature now requires the Plus plan to use. If you have the Basic plan, you will not have access to Modes anymore. If you have multiple devices, the Plus plan is the same price-wise as two Basic plans, and it gives you access to more features as well.
