Missing Footage after missed doorbell press

HI Guys, I have a Ring Doorbell 3 and just before Christmas I had a driver call to my door to pick up a package. The company are now saying they never received it and want footage of the driver collecting. When I check the footage from that day I can see the driver ring the bell, I put my dog away but the footage ends before I answer the door and there is no more footage. Is there anything I can do to get this footage?

Hi @garysully1986. If the footage is not in your Event History, then there is no way to access it. If the footage ends, depending on your [Motion Frequency](https://community.ring.com/t/how-to-set-your-motion-frequency/4237) settings, a new video segment should start recording. If you'd like to save the footage you have, this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001834066-Sharing-and-Downloading-Your-Ring-Videos#:~:text=Log%20into%20your%20web%20account,automatically%20download%20to%20your%20computer.) will show you how to do that.
