I don’t understand!!!
I have a Ring Doorbell connected to the electricity but it tells me : battery disconnected. Can someone tell me what is happening? Thanks

Hi there, @Valledeyumuri! If you have a battery powered Video Doorbell, the battery may need to be charged even if it is connected to existing wires. Connecting a Doorbell to a power of 8v to 24v AC can charge your Video Doorbell, however, there are factors which can drain your battery quicker than a charge can be applied. Additionally, a battery powered Video Doorbell should always have it's battery inserted for intended operation. I hope this helps! :)
