  I think at a minimum "best if ring" should be able to be moved to bottom.  I think Ring user community should vote to have this new feature toggled on/off. Thank you

  We’re paying for the service and if we don’t want to see it we shouldn’t get it in our face. It’s disgusting.

  I thought Ring was a security platform, not a social media platform. I'm not the slightest bit interested in America's funniest Ring Videos...This "feature" is enough to make me switch.

  I’m not sure why they would add some thing and not allow us to be able to turn it off. It’s absolutely absurd that this best of ring cannot be turned off by the user. It irritates me to no end every time I see it

  Agree 100% that there needs to be an option to disable.  It showed up a couple months ago, people complained, then it went away.  Now it is back.  VERY DISAPPOINTED!  Ridiculous - should be easy to include a way to disable it like all the other settings within the neighbors feed options.

  Just cancelled my yearly plan because of this. Will install regular security cameras, with DVR recording. Will miss out on community posts, but when community posts are the equivalent of a paid subscription “funny tic tok” video alerts from 3000 miles away, I might as well have my wholly owned security cameras with a DVR system.

  Here to resurrect the complaint, regarding “Best of Ring” which is taking over a large portion of the top of my feed. There’s also a button for “Best of Ring” at the top left which is annoying in & of itself. Please remove “social media reel” feature. I’ve been a longtime user of Ring, for a decade now, & I installed cameras & purchased the plans in order to watch my home & secure safety for my family. I’ve also caught a shooting assault suspect on my camera, where the video helped apprehend & convict the felon. That’s the info I want to see first. Not cats or kids dancing or whatever is posted lately. Let the other platforms dominate that feature, & stick to what Ring was made for please.
