Doorbell battery will not latch

Hi I have a ring doorbell plus and the battery no longer latches in place. Does anyone know how to fix it. It is only 3 months old, don't want to throw it away if it can be fix, according to support it is not covered by warranty

Hi @user_a42087. You should be able to slide the Quick Release Battery Pack into place. If you look inside the battery hatch, do you see any physical damage? Have you recently had any inclement weather?
