My ring chime and back door ring are both off line and cannot get them sorted. I’m going to try a new battery for the back door, but chime have no idea, network in the house is fine
Hi @user80652. Have you tried rebooting your Chime and reconnecting to your wifi? or is it unresponsive and has no lights on at all? Did changing the battery on your Doorbell help get it back online? If not, have you tried reconnecting it as well?
