Desktop timeline viewing

Question

I have a Pro2 wired doorbell camera and am able to view a timeline on my Android phone but not able to see the timeline on my desktop computer. I am trying to find a larger image of something that happened (unrecorded) in front of my house and hoped to be able to see it better on a bigger screen.

Hi @Oldgoat55. The Event History Timeline is only available in the Ring app. If the image you're referring to is a Snapshot image, that is also only available to view in the Ring app. Snapshots are saved at a resolution of 640 x 360, and can be downloaded from the Ring app. You can learn more about Snapshot Capture [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034355652-Timeline-Security-Snapshots-Using-Snapshot-Capture).

Well, that’s a bummer! Sounds like the Snapshot deal would be a lucky shot. Have an event happen at the exact second the timer goes off triggering a snapshot.
