Chime set up-stuck with solid green light

I’ve just bought a Chime Doorbell (2nd Gen) to go with the Ring, however I can’t get past the solid green light on the set up; it just never starts to flash! The installation set up doesn’t say what to do if it just doesn’t work, does anyone have any idea what to do?! Many thanks!
