Cannot connect my Ring Doorbell Pro 2 with Samsung 21 and Google Wifi Mesh

I have tried using a 2.4 Hotspot, my password has no special characters. I can connect to my the camera/doorbell from my phone via the Ring app but when it comes to the Select a Network part of the setup there are no Wifi networks to select from. Same result when the router is 2 feet away from the camera.

Hi @user_7f00b6. I recommend trying to complete your setup using a different phone or tablet to see if that helps. I would also recommend rebooting the Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds.
