Button not working on doorbell
My brand new doorbell (2nd generation) was working fine then all of a sudden the button you press too ring the bell doesn’t work no sound and no light have done hard reset and everything else but still not working

It's been a yr that my ring door bell ring does not work I thought maybe because I moved in a dead zone but I don't think so
