All 3 of my ring cameras only record 2 seconds
as of last night all 3 of my cameras only record 2 second clips. ive tried everything. even put the length of the recording to 120 seconds and it still only records 2 seconds. i called support and did what they said to do and nothing works. cameras are pretty much trash if they only record 2 seconds. anyone have a fix for this?

Yes, I have the same problem. Just started this morning. Only recording 1 second clips now. Advanced Motion Detection is turned off. Battery is charged. Time to record is set to 30 seconds. I can't find help anywhere. Getting so frustrated with this thing!

ok i see im not the only one. so this has to be a ring issue. they need to get this fixed ASAP.

I had the same thing happen this morning.... I wonder if Ring will respond. Camera is pretty crap anyway, it will often miss people walking right up to it within a few inches.

Mine started doing this as well last night. I've had the cameras 2 weeks with no issue. I'm very frustrated.
