Hello, My 2nd Gen rign doorbell no longer works when disconnected from a charger. The ring app says the battery is at 100% after I have been charging it all day. I get the doorbell working and then as soon as I remove the charger the doorbell will no longer work.

Hi @user83064. Try performing a reset on the doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it.
