Hi @user_1a6170. As of right now this cannot be changed. There can only be one owner that would have access making changes to the Ring devices. As we value our neighbors' feedback, we've created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there. This will help us to organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place. Feel free to link that post you make in the Feature Request board here so other neighbors that come to this thread can easily find your feature!

Hello - we have just changed WiFi provider and learned that only the 'owner' can update the network settings, and that I, as a shared user, cannot. It is common for houses to be occupied by more than one person. In this scenario, only one person can be the Ring account owner, and in our instance at least, deciding which person that is is 100% arbitrary. In our instance, we are both joint owners of the house, and I find it unacceptable that despite being jointly responsible for the security of this house I am not able to make a crucial change for the security of this house. My partner is away, and I'm now in a position where the house will not be secure until she returns. I'm told that the reason for this is due to security - but I submit to you that this way is far less secure. If it's online security you're concerned about, I was advised by your customer services representative that my partner should simply share her password with me - surely a security risk in itself. Is it possible to change this?
