Question about Move and Upgrade

I have paid for a year long subscription on a Ring Pro doorbell and Ring Stickup unit. I will be moving in a few weeks, leaving my doorbell behind and taking my Stickup unit with me. I want to buy a Ring 3 doorbell for the new home. Is it possible to transfer my remaining subscription time on the doorbell over to the new unit at the new home? Thank you!
