Old Ring Account my devices are now not registered to me?
HelloHas anyone been an early adopter (2016 was when I bought my ring Pro and chime) and experienced their device details missing from their account? My order history shows the devices in my account (original invoice is in there) however I am now 'told' when trying to setup my devices to a new access point in the same house, that my devices are registered to another user ? Was there a migration of older users when RIng was changed ownership?Appreciate any help.
