I tried to update my email and payment method, I was locked out of mh email ok over 6 months, and the rep that took my call was very rude and said he can't do anything to disconnect my ring completely for 15 days and start a new account!!!!!! Seriously! He even said let me talk when I was trying to explain to him I have no way to access my old email...

Hi @user_e6c1b2. Ring devices can be set up under only one Ring account at a time. Are you still logged into your Ring account on the Ring app or Ring.com? You can update your email address under Control Center > Account Management > Email. If you aren't logged in, please try logging in on Ring.com or the Ring app. You may be prompted to receive a two-step verification code to your phone number on file to log in.
