£50 debited from my account at random
troubleshooting

I signed up to the ring standard home plan upgrade from Basic..I was told all other subscriptions were now cancelled and I would be now covered for multiple devices etc for a monthly fee..Yet tonight.. totally randomly..a charge of nearly £50 has debited my account for the Ring Basic plan..can't speak to anyone to resolve..and as Ring seems it totally acceptable to randomly debit amounts from accounts then I had no choice other than to remove my payment method and cancel everything.. hope to be able to get my money back after actually speaking to a real person other than a bot ..
