Woodpecker Damage to top Rubber membrane

We put up a Ring Spotlight Cam Battery just a week ago (brand new unit). Within a couple of days a woodpecker drilled a hole in the top rubber part. We had rain the next day which filled the camera and most likely destroyed it. Any ideas for a replacement? Does warranty cover this kind of damage? Tough to lose a brand new one.
