You'll have to reach out to your tenant and ask them to remove the device from their Ring app. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038010351-How-to-Take-Over-or-Change-Ownership-of-a-Ring-Device) has more information on transferring ownership.
