Streaming live video from Ring camera to custom android application

Hello Ring Community, Scenario – creating a client application where user signs in using SmartThings account (I am aware of OAuth – In App) and can view live feed of the security camera on motion detection. What I need - Notify when motion is detected Provide live streaming (continuously for some time) Let us consider the security camera being Ring flood light cam wired plus Is the above scenario possible using API / sdk for mentioned device? Are there other devices (security cams) which have this capability ( through SmartThings API / sdks )?
