Stick Up Cam (3rd gen) get offline

Question

Hi  One of my Stick Up Cam (3rd gen) get offline and i cant get it up again. Trying to charge battery, that only thing thats happen is that the blue light is fast för a 5 sec and then get off. Same results after trying a new battery. What can i do?

Hi @user_008402. Try factory resetting your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds.
