Security camera keeps disconnecting from WiFi

Hi my Ring security camera keeps disconnecting from WiFi. I've followed the guidance for reconnecting it which looks as if the unit performs an update each time but it still keeps happening. The signal strength appears to be good at RSSI-54. Any ideas?

Hi @usertwl. You also want to to try rebooting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Then factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
