Ring Stick up cam pro not connecting to WIFI

I have not been able to get my stick up cam to connect to WIFI. WIFI speed test came back as fast. WIFI is dual band. Signal strength in Ring app is RSSI-0. Connection fails at 95% complete repeatedly. I also have a Chime WIFI extender. It won't connect to that either. Help!

    Hi @user_a70ad0. If you're able to access your network settings, try creating a guest network using only 2.4GHz, then attempt to connect the Stick Up Cam to that. While the Stick Up Cam Pro is compatible with 5GHz networks too, 2.4GHz offers a farther effective range. Other troubleshooting steps you can try: - Reset the camera by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds.- Attempt the setup process on a different phone or tablet with the Ring app installed.
