Ring Indoor Cam 2nd Gen Error P1-99
Hello, I'm experiencing issues with my indoor camera (2nd generation). I'm unable to connect to Wi-Fi (error P1-99). After an initial update, the camera got disconnected from Wi-Fi, and since then, I haven't been able to reconnect it. I've tried reconfiguring the camera using two different Android phones, but with no success. I called technical support, and they sent me a second camera, but the same issue occurred after downloading the update – I couldn't reconnect the camera. I've disabled the 5GHz Wi-Fi to keep only the 2.4GHz, but still no success. No matter what I do, I keep getting the P1-99 error. I've also tried resetting both cameras (by holding the top button for 10/20 seconds), but the cameras don't reset. What should I do? Regards
