Ring doorbell and Stick up battery camera always loading!

When I first got my ring cameras they worked well but now they are always loading and they only work when they want to. It's very frustrating. What should I do? I do not have a VPN enabled

I purchased the Ring Doorbell 4 with enhanced Dual Band wifi and I bought a chime wifi extender and so far everything is working great. I hope it stays that way!
