I’m currently experiencing an issue with my Ring Stick Up Cam Battery — it no longer detects motion as expected. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including:• Confirming that Motion Detection is enabled in the app• Setting proper Motion Zones and Sensitivity• Verifying that the camera is online and the battery is fully charged• Making sure the firmware is up to date• Cleaning the lens and checking for any obstructions• Rebooting and even resetting the cameraDespite all this, motion detection is still not working — I don’t receive notifications, and nothing seems to be triggering the camera.My Home Standard plan activates June 26th when my trial ends.

    Hi @user_ac7858. Are you able to Live View from the device? This is an easy way to confirm that the device is online and recording. Next, try adjusting your Motion Settings to the maximum settings. Then, slowly walk towards your device until you are captured and recorded. Lastly, you can fine tune your Motion Zones and Motion Frequency to detect motion when you want it to. If you are still having issues, let me know what the RSSI of your device is, and how high/where it's mounted.
