Motion pause schedule timezone

Hi Ring community, I have used the app to create a motion pause schedule for my Battery Spotlight Camera from 1AM to 8PM. However, I still receive motion detection push notifications via the app to my phone during these hours. What is the time zone used in the app, I wonder, if it is the root cause of this problem? Or this is another bug in the app? Thanks, J

    Hey @cavaliers18! The motion schedule should certainly be preventing push notifications for motion during those times. The first thing I recommend is deleting the motion schedule and reinstating it for the desired time and days. If this does not improve results, try uninstalling the app, rebooting your mobile device, and reinstalling the app. Let me know how this goes! :)

      So what is the default time zone in the app? It doesn't specitfy the time zone and is a bit confusing to me. Thanks

      The time zone in the app is based on the location of your Ring device. :)
