I can't pull camera out of my new ring stick up camera to charge it
troubleshooting
I have two new cameras. I've removed the base, but can't pull the batteries out though I am pressing down on the silver lever and pulling. They won't budge

Hi @user_66028a. You should be able to pull the Quick Release Battery Pack out of the Stick Up Cam. Make sure the cover is completely removed, gently press down on the silver tab, and pull the battery out of the camera. If you're still unable to remove the battery, please get in touch with our support team.
