Floodlight Connectivity problem

My new floodlight camera has the similar problem. The WiFi signal strength is very poor and got disconnected several times. Just installed a WiFi extender nearby the camera and the RSSI only goes down to 63-66 while my Video Doorbell Pro is 38-43 without the extender.

Hi @RandyLai. What is the approximate distance between your Floodlight Cam and your router? And where is the wifi extender placed? We typically recommend for the router to be no more than about 20-25 feet from your Ring Camera or Doorbell. Different building materials can cause some interference, so it's generally better to have the router closer. When using a wifi extender, this should be placed at about a halfway point between the router and the Camera. You can learn more about signal strength [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength), and find some tips to improve the signal.
