Floodlight Cam unable to reset

My floodlight cam stopped working and shows it offline. My wifi is good and unit has power. I tried to hit the reset button and nothing happened. I also did a hard reset and got the same results, no light flashing.

    Hey @mp8209. Since you have done the reset to no avail, I recommend turning off power at the breaker and ensuring the wiring is as it should be.
