Hi @Car913rub. There is a few factors that could impact the cameras ability to detect motion. I would start by checking your [Motion Zones](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/Feature-Update-Customizable-Motion-Zones-for-Battery-Devices/ba-p/62829). Also, what is the RSSI of the Camera? This can be found in the Device Health section. Also, if you can tell us what Camera this is, how it's mounted and a few other details, the community can better assist. I hope this helps!
