Wrong payment taken

I requested for monthly ring payment but it took for yearly. How can I change it back?

      Hi @user_a9b1e6 @user_a89077. You can't change a plan from monthly to yearly billing. The best option would be to cancel your existing plan, then resubscribing with monthly billing.
