Subscription plan renewal issues

Hello ring. For around 2 months I have issues to re-subrscribe to your service. I have Ring doorbell Pro. I wanted my service to resubscribe automatically and that failed. I also tried to re-subscribe manually and that also failed. I called support two times and bought times they solved the issue and than after few days it doesnt work. Can someone finally solve the issue so i can get access to my basic support plan ?! I am paying with visa card that will not expire until february 2021. My visa works for all other online purchases including ebay paypal etc... Please solve this urgently since i need access to my camera.

Sorry to hear about this experience, @Nemanas. As long as you've subscribed monthly with reoccurring payments, using an accepted payment type, this plan should automatically renew month over month. Check out our [help centre article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360018328572-Payment-Information) which lists all of the accepted payment types. Please double check that you are using a card and not Paypal, as Paypal reoccurring payments are not supported. Feel free to also check out our help centre article on subscribing to Protect Plans for further information and steps on doing so. If this concern persists, our support team is always happy to take a further look into this for you. Please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. We're taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times.

Thank you for reply. I read the article you mentioned. I am not sure how payment option article can help me since I already informed you I am using the Visa card. ( that is the same card I already used to pay subscription for the last 2 years and this should be my 3rd year). Please note that currently security of my home is impacted because of issues from your side can you turn on the service until you are investigating the issue ? The article you sent me didn't resolve the issue, what is the next step?

I would like to discuss this with your support team! The issue I faced is that every time I call support I need to start explaining the issue from start. That is very time consuming. Could you please provide me the e-mail for Europe English support ?

I finally managed to solve issue my-self. Since Ring is supporting billing over Amazon i have bought Basic Protection plan over Amazon. Than I went to link my ring account. When I tried to do this over application I was receiving errors. Then I tried to link it over ring.com and it finally worked. So basically if I didn't have amazon account I wouldn't be able to use this workaround. I hope Ring will solve the mentioned issues in future so we dont have to use Amazon for billing.

Hello— I just signed up for the basic plan for my ring device and paid the $30 for the whole year, then I got a notification that my renewal date is 2/11/21. Why do I have to renew in February when I just signed up and paid for a full year today?

Do not waste your time with customer service. Spent months trying to renew subscription. Gave up, and threw my ring doorbell into the wooded area behind my home
