Plan Upgrade

Hi I already subscribe to Ring Basic Plan, and have recently renewed this in full, but now want to change to the Standard plan. When i go to upgrade, it wants to charge me the full price, rather than the difference between the basic plan already paid in full recently and the standard plan. Surely i should only pay the difference?
