Help with trail and plan payment
Hello, I received my doorbell today. I’ve set it up and therefore the trial has started today I have gone onto to sign up to the protect plan and paid the £24.99. However it has not been taken out of my account yet. Will it be taken out of my account the day the trial ends? Thanks

I have a Basic Plan that covers my 3 single devices, I subscribed for each device on a separate occasion, gradually adding them and subscribing annually for each device, for the first device I paid annual amount and subscribed on the 7th Jan 2020, 2nd device paid annual amount and subscribed in May 2020, for the 3rd device subscribed and paid annual amount in September 2020. My yearly subscription for 2 devices shouldn’t be expired at this time? So why Ring has charged my account £75 today for all 3 devices? It’s not fair. I should be charged for 1 device at the time, just how I subscribed for them. Very unhappy customer. I won’t recommend Ring to anybody.
