troubleshooting
So I recently got charged £49.99 in November for the ring basic plan, and I’m still getting charged £7.99 for the ring standard plan. What one do I need to be on and how can I get a refund? Thanks!

Hi @user_76383b. The Basic plan only applies to one Ring Doorbell or Camera, while the Standard plan will cover all devices at one location. Which plan you select depends on how many devices you have, and which features you're looking to use. You can always manage your subscriptions by logging in on Ring.com. Once you've decided which plan you want to keep, you can cancel the other one using these steps for a prorated refund of unused time.
