10% discount not applied on eligible product ProtectSubscriber

I have attached evidence that the product I bought on 13-Oct-2024 was Eligible for 10% discount but 10% discount was not applied to my order for the same product.  I raised a complaint with your customer service the same day and was told someone would look into it but no response from Ring Customer Service. Kindly share the consumer product complaint process , do I need to reach out to or Ring has an internal consumer complaint department. https://www.econsumer.gov ? I'm speaking to your customer service and more than an hour but no one is taking responsibility of this issue. Eligible product  4-Pack Spotlight Cam Pro Solar x 4 Helen and John from customer service have been listing but have not given any complain number.

    Hi @user_37010d. We do not have access to account information here in the Community in order to help with billing issues. We also do not have a complaint number to give. You will need to continue working with our support team to further investigate your concern.

      Hi @Justin_Ring I have been on the call with Support for more than 3 hours , and all they say we cannot do anything as the website did not apply the discount.  I showed support team proof that this product 4-Pack Spotlight Cam Pro Solar x 1 was eligible for 10% discount on 14/Oct/2024 , but as of today this product is not eligible.  I purchased the product on 13/Oct/2024 and was not given the 10% discount. I have raised a complaint with FTC on how Ring is misleading customer.

      Hi @user_37010d. I'm afraid I'm not seeing the issue here. From your screenshots, I'm seeing the original price is listed as $1210.00, your purchase price as $1097.00, the "PROTECTSUBSCRIBER" Discount Code applied and a total savings of $121.00.
