upside 'rotate video' wont work

hi i bought gen 2 indoor in 2023 and i bought few more now. same model 5F72E9 phone software up to date. app up to date. video rotate won't work. i detele and re install the camera on the app i reset camera on factory settings from the top button. reset app. still nothing. same on the other 3 cameras i bought as a pack of 4. any ideas?

I’m having the same issue. I had one indoor camera gen two and got it to rotate the video. I bought a second for another room, and it refuses to rotate the video, no matter how many times I reset it or re install it whether the rotate video is on or off it’s stays the same normal direction and won’t rotate. Ring what’s the solution? Bout to get rid of all my ring cameras if I can’t mount it upside down and rotate it like it says you should be able to.
