The ring guarantee / ring plan is worthless

I was a huge advocate or RING cameras but not any more. I have over 20 devices in my home all connected to the ring plan and have never needed to use the warranty until now.  I thought I was covered but I’m not. All items fitted in 2021/22 by qualified electricians and after 2-3 years the hard wired batteries fail and no longer hold charge. I’ve had electricians back round on ladders and recharging doorbells and cameras repeatedly at my own cost. After spending over 30 mins with Doha in support on the phone she was encouraging me to remove the hard wired devices to put it back on manual charge - that requires A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN - I cannot go poking screwdrivers into back of units or start turning off entire power or going up ladders to the garden cameras positioned at roofline in a two storey house!! That’s a qualified electrician job !  We’ve already tested this and they can see this from my app and device health you have full access with the verification code to see it goes dark after a few days when manual charge runs out. We’ve changed transformers I’ve paid out over and over so what is the point of the ring plan ????? I’m so so disappointed in Ring products and sadly I’ve been an advocate and have told friends and family and property groups to buy their products. I’m so embarrassed as this company is hopeless. I’ve tried to warn people on my Amazon reviews NOT TO BUY THE WARRANTY as its worthless. I only wish I’d used the google nest or other products and not fallen for the aesthetically pleasing products.
