Terrifying Audio Interference On Doorbell

I received a replacement when my 18 month Next Gen 2 doorbell battery failed and it’s frankly terrifying the noises that are on the audio. The sound isn’t coming from anything outside it’s as if someone is watching my camera and there’s another microphone. The noise is animalistic like gutteral grumbling and occasionally a sound like someone breathing or blowing on a microphone. It’s freaking me out what can I do ? I’ve completely reset the doorbell and it’s still the same.
