HiMy ring door bell can be fully charged and good WiFi,but as soon as you veiw the camera the ring goes of line and the device seems dead until I plug in the charge lead then the blue ring illuminates,and then the same results.

This is the same for us we have tried everything Nothing works Help chat uselessCan’t get through to a human on the phone either

Hi @user_82110a. Try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your wifi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
