Ring website keeps logging us out

As the title states. The website keeps looking us out after around 2 hours. We had to resort to using the website as an alternative to see our live view because for whatever reason only the ring app takes over 30 seconds to 1 minute to load. Why does the website keep logging us out? The data is obviously saved, we can open the website anytime within that time period and it’ll load the live view almost immediately. That’s all perfectly fine and a good workaround to using this app. Can you please help or advise about this?
