V1 Extender goes offline and disappears

I have a V1 extender that just started going offline after a couple of years. When it goes offline it disappears from my devices. I have to re-add it.

    Hi @PapaLanc. If you haven't done so already, please try factory resetting the Range Extender before adding it back into your system. You can follow the steps below to factory reset your Range Extender: 1. Plug in the Range Extender. 2. Press and hold the button on the right hand side of the device. The LED on the device will blink rapidly. 3. When the LED begins to blink slowly, release the button. If the Range Extender continues to go offline and disappears after this factory reset, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can look into it further.
